1.) Know Someone
"That is push you through regardless of experience or qualification
2.) Bribe Someone (Which is usually the case even in most countries)
"The POWER of MONEY!,When you have money people are bribed, please note that this is not an advice; rather a fact. The JOB is available, experienced applicants are available BUT! only those with money enough to buy the job can get it....The QUESTION IS, How many are able to do that???

Hence the majority is un-employed.

What Are The Requirements For One To Get a Professional Job?

Probably Like with every country, the below apply with most jobs...

• Matric (Grade 12 as commonly known)

• A major or Qualification (Professional) This is a must at least

• At least must have computer skills (most jobs require this as

computers are essential in day to day operation of any modern
company)

• Experience in a relevant field (usually Years apply)

• Good Spoken English (English as second language)

Maybe, I don't Know, Yea, Nop.......This has been everyone's question. I say Yes there are there But,,not to the expected level. Many have forgotten that they even went to College or Vasity or Technical because of lack of employment.

A number of young and old are un-employed, some because of lack of qualifications, some its
not having the right contacts, while some its laziness which obviously may not be.

NOW! 2008 is a slightly different story, Alot of people at least have jobs now but the question
again is HOW??.....
